Yes, by following the steps outlined below. Please note that this requires that you Save a Profile Change plot within DigiPro2 to make certain that the file name stays the same. In DigiPro2, you will need to :
1) Create Profile Change Plot
2) Select surveys to include
3) Set Elevations to True
4) Save Profile Change Plot as a Report
You must also create a sensor and a plot within ATLAS for the data to be uploaded to. In ATLAS, you will need to:
1) Create a sensor
a) Channels = A
b) Filename to match DigiPro2 export file (filename.dat)
c) File Format = Probe-Inclinometer format
d) Columns = blank
e) Formula = value
2) Create a plot
a) Vertical Profile type
b) Sensors: Probe Inclinometer (click dropdown and select the created sensor)
c) Select the data sets to include on the plot
Import new DUX files into the existing database by selecting Import Surveys and navigating to the location of the saved DUX files
Highlight inclinometer and open Saved “Profile Change” plot
Click OK to open the saved plot
The most recent surveys will be automatically added to the plot – Select Export
Change the “Save as type:” to ATLAS Files (*.dat) but do not change the file name.
Repeat for any other inclinometers
Go to ATLAS
Select Data Entry > Manual Readings
Select “Readings File”
Select “Select Sensor” and then select the inclinometer and press Save.
Select “Choose File” and navigate to the *.dat file you exported from DigiPro2.
Lastly, select “Upload” and the data will be loaded into ATLAS. Repeat this process for each inclinometer in ATLAS. Currently there are only two: SI-02 and SI-04.
